In 2008 we established our own dedicated cooking plant. We have now grown our business to include 8 dedicated plants and a fresh fish shops around the UK. This has vastly expanded our product range and now enables us to supply the full range of cooked and fresh produce.


Shipping FAQs
Who will deliver my order?

We use APC, experts in overnight and contactless delivery straight to your door.
You will be sent a tracking number with a link. We allow APC to Leave your parcel in a safe place please check your tracking information and specify at time of ordering if this is not ok. If you have any problems, just call us or drop us an email sales@drcollinfish.co.uk

we dispatch orders Monday to Friday.
To anywhere in mainland UK
Additional charges apply to the highlands and islands
(some areas are in a 2 day delivery zone)

How will my order be packaged?

Depending on what you order, some of your order will be vacuum-packed. It will all be in a polystyrene box with frozen chill packs containing a food safe gel. The packs will be arranged to distribute the cold evenly throughout your order. The box will then be sealed with tape.


Our Fleet

We deliver our product with our transport fleet of over 50 vehicles to locations such as Boulogne Sur Mer on a daily basis. This gives us greater control and allows us the flexibility to collect from and deliver to our suppliers and international customers. we also use a trusted couriers. Our growing fleet includes:
