Delivery Destinations

D R Collin Fish Ltd delivers fresh and frozen seafood to most Mainland UK postcodes.

Please note that deliveries to certain Scottish Highland postcodes are only available on specific days of the week due to courier schedules. If your postcode falls within one of these areas, we will contact you to confirm your delivery day. Your order will be prepared specifically for dispatch on that day to ensure maximum freshness.

If you would like your order delivered to an address different from your billing address, simply enter your preferred UK delivery address during checkout.

UK Courier Delivery – £10

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

We use trusted third-party courier services to provide next working day delivery to most UK Mainland addresses. While we aim for next-day delivery, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as adverse weather or courier delays.

Your seafood is carefully packed in insulated packaging with ice packs (or frozen where applicable) to maintain a safe chilled temperature throughout transit.

If you are not going to be home, you can leave delivery instructions during checkout (for example, porch, garage or a safe place). By selecting a safe place or requesting that the parcel is left without a signature, responsibility for the order passes to you once the courier has delivered it according to your instructions.

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or there is any issue with the quality of your delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us and, where possible, include photographs of the products, packaging and delivery label. Reporting issues within 48 hours helps us investigate with our courier and resolve your claim promptly. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Click & Collect

You can collect your order from either our Eyemouth shop.

Simply select Click & Collect – Eyemouth during checkout and choose your preferred collection date.

Please wait for your collection confirmation before travelling. Orders should be collected on the selected date to ensure the seafood remains at its best quality.

Delivery Information

  • Delivery charge: £10 per order (UK Mainland).
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.
  • Deliveries are made by third-party courier.
  • Delivery to some remote areas may require an additional day.
  • We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive perishable deliveries where possible.
  • If severe weather or unforeseen courier disruption affects delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
