Lobsters are freshly cooked in our SALSA approved cooking factory, They are then split, cleaned to remove all unnecessary parts so they are ready to enjoy. then blast frozen to seal in all the flavour.

Defrost overnight in a refrigerator and consume within 24 hours
Once defrosted do not refreeze
