Spider crabs, caught off our coastline by local inshore creel boats, are a daily delicacy. Typically found between 15 to 25 miles offshore, these local crabs have made their way onto our seafood menu and are becoming increasingly popular.

Crab is delicious served as it is with nothing more than a squeeze of lemon and maybe a twist of black pepper.
